Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT)

Looking for a veterinary job where you can love what you do and still have a life? Hi — we’re Doorbell Vet, a family-owned, veterinarian-led practice built around great medicine, strong boundaries, and genuinely kind humans.

We offer a unique mix of low-stress house-call appointments and a beautiful new surgical and dental center, so you can shape your role around what you enjoy most — house calls, surgery/dentistry, or a little of both.

Why you’ll love it here

  • Great pay

  • IRA with employer match

  • PTO + CE budget

  • An amazing healthcare plan with great coverage and contributions

  • Fatastic pet discounts

  • Predictable hours (yes, really)

  • No on-call, no after-hours, no holidays

  • 4-day work week for full-time (part-time welcome!)

We believe excellent medicine starts with a happy, supported team. Our appointments are unrushed, our schedules are respectful, and getting home for dinner (and life) matters to us.

Who we’re looking for

A kind, motivated LVT with:

  • A valid LVT license

  • A valid NYS driver’s license

  • An upbeat, team-first attitude

If you love surgery, dentistry, or anesthesia — amazing. If house calls are more your thing — also amazing. We’re happy to train and mentor technicians who want to grow.

How to apply

Email your resume to info@doorbellvet.com — we’d truly love to hear from you.

Come practice great medicine with people who care about you as much as their patients!
