Important - COVID-19 Procedures

To our valued Pet Parents,
At Doorbell Vet, our top priority is the safety and health of our clients, patients and employees. As we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely, we are taking all recommended prevention and preparation measures and have implemented the following changes to procedure:
If you or a family member are sick, even if it is just the sniffles, please reschedule your appointment. If your pet has an issue, give us a call. We can sometimes offer telemedicine (virtual) options and depending on the circumstance, we may be able to help virtually rather than coming into the home.
We require that anyone present for the appointment wear a mask while we visit.
In the spirit of “social distancing", we will maintain a 6-foot distance between the 2-legged family members and ourselves. We realize this is awkward and we hate it, as we tend to be hand-shaking and hugging-type people, but this is a very important step so that we may continue helping all families and pets.
We will call you on the way to the appointment to get a history and talk about your concerns in order to minimize contact and exposure.
Thank you for helping us to maintain our high standards for the health and safety of our clients and team. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Sincerely,
The Doctors & Staff at Doorbell Vet
